Lidco's Technical Services Department is dedicated to ensuring our products are engineered to meet both current regulatory standards and specific project requirements. In addition, all Lidco products are designed around current architectural trends whilst also being functional and cost efficient to manufacture.

Our people work closely with architects, ensuring our system designs meet both the performance requirements specified and the aesthetic requirements for a particular project.

To satisfy the dynamic market of design and construction, our team is dedicated to continually developing new systems and improving our current range.

As an example, the introduction of more stringent energy requirements prompted us to create of a series of aluminium windows labelled Thermaview^TM. The Thermaview^TM series has been specifically designed to cater for the more demanding thermal requirements of today's building specifications and Australian Standards. In addition, with very high wind and water performance characteristics the new Thermaview^TM series is ideal for those very demanding, high rise coastal applications.

Assistance in Specification

In addition to our Technical Services Department, we have specific architectural support people to assist in specification work. These people are available to meet with you, discuss your requirements and make informed recommendations in relation to the most appropriate products for your project. Extensive test data and engineering details are available to ensure the technical accuracy of all proposals presented.
