The choice to use double hung windows satisfies those looking for a more traditional window system but has all the advantages of aluminium. The Lifestyle™ Double Hung Window system has the benefit of not protruding outside the building line and offers excellent ventilation characteristics. The Lifestyle™ Double Hung Window is ideally suited for residential housing and low-rise residential units of any construction where a slim profile, quality aluminium window system is required. A special balancing system has been incorporated enabling effortless opening and closing.
FEATURES:
- Frame size is 50mm
- Accepts glass sizes from 4mm to 6.38mm
- Numerous configurations are possible, including highlights, low lights and sidelights
- Opening of the sash is by way of a full width finger grip, held in place with spring balances for effortless operation
- Optional insect and safety screens are located on the outside integral with the frame
- Sloping sill ensures water drains away from frame
- Cam-operated latch with key-locking option
- Can be master-keyed
