Thermaview™ Awning/Casement Window - 413 System

The Thermaview™ Awning/Casement Window is an ideal window for when very high performance is needed. The water rating is a phenomenal 1200Pa. It is able to withstand extreme weather conditions, having dual continuous perimeter sash seals with a modern contemporary look of a flat-faced sash for that clean, crisp look. Good acoustic performance is possible and air infiltration is extremely low. High energy efficiency is obtained by the option of double glazing the purpose designed sash.

FEATURES:

• Frame size is 65mm
• The window can be either single or double glazed
• Single glazing options range from 4mm to 10.38mm
• Designed to accept double glazing using 14mm, 18mm and 22mm IGU’s without the need to add unsightly glazing adaptors
• System features continuous inner and outer seals for superior weather protection
• The drip mould is designed to avoid water draining to the inside when window is open
• Sashes can be operated either with a non-friction stay incorporating a chain winder or alternatively, aluminium or stainless steel friction stays utilising wedge-less fastening handles to secure the sashes in the closed position
• Insect screening option available in conjunction with chain winder mechanism
• Numerous window configurations are possible with or without highlights/lowlights
• Subsill and subhead options are available to facilitate on-site installation
• The awning sash used in this system is also available in conjunction with a 100mm frame and is able to be incorporated into all of Lidco’s extensive 100mm Emporia commercial framing systems (refer to Pinnacle Awning Window – 741 System)
