Lifestyle™ Awning/Casement Window - 140 System

Awning windows are a popular choice as they provide controlled ventilation in all weather conditions. When closed they are highly resistant to water and air infiltration. The Lifestyle™ Awning/Casement Window is ideally suited for residential housing and low-rise residential units of any construction where a slim profile, high quality aluminium window system is sought.

FEATURES:

• Frame size is 41mm – sash can also be fitted in a 100mm frame
  Accepts glass sizes from 4mm to 6.38mm
• The glass is silicone glazed to the sash, increasing the strength of the window and reducing the incidence of the sash dropping
• Features continuous inner and outer seals for superior weathering with an attractive bevel face
• The drip mould is designed to avoid water draining to the inside when window is open
• Sashes can be operated either with a continuous hinge incorporating a chain winder or, alternatively, aluminium or stainless friction stays utilising wedge-less fastening handles to secure the sashes in the closed position
• Numerous configurations are possible, including highlights, low lights, sidelights and bay windows
• Lifestyle™ Awning/Casement Windows can be coupled to other Lifestyle™ glazing systems, Lidco’s extensive range of Emporia™ commercial glazing systems and the Klimat Airview Louvre™
• Wedge-less fastening handle or chain winder with key lock option
• Screens can be easily fitted from the inside when using the chain operation by using the unique fly screen adaptor extrusion
